BIOGRAPHY
I am a performer whose style blends pop, rock with afro-cuban influence. I have gone on tour, opening for artists such as John Waite, Anna Nalick, and other heritage acts across the country on and off for two years. I also have written my own music under the guidance of Grammy-nominated producer Ahmed King, we created a body of work that spans 3 albums—“Progressions”, “Polluted” and “Melodramatic—with singles “Don’t Stop”, "Fold it Back” and “Take A Chance” having all climbed onto multiple Billboard charts. I’m a graduate from the University of Miami Frost School of Music with a bachelor’s degree in Media,Writing and Production, studying under award-winning composers Chris Boardman (The Color Purple) and Carlos Rivera (Godless, A Walk Among the Tombstones, Queen’s Gambit) where I worked with large-scale ensembles to score for Film and Television. Right now, I am looking to tour with a band or ensemble again as a vocalist ready to bring high octane fun to people of all ages.

“Don’t Stop” by The Collective Bus is a piece of fun, moving, and well written music. This band is not only comprised of world class performers, but also clever arrangers who know how to construct parts to tell a story and connect with listeners musically. The song is never with a dull moment, and is constantly building to keep listeners on their toes.”
INDIE SPOONFUL
“The electrifying pop-rock song “Fold It Back” from the album Melodramatic, by The Collective Bus is self-ware and satirical. The arrangement uses Afro Cuban rhythms and funk synthesized instrumentation to produce a magnetic, funky, and kinetic groove that you won’t soon forget. ”
INDIE MUSIC REVIEW
“Their live shows are a high-octane, coming-of-age, musical experience. The band’s lead singer and front-man, Daniel Correa, has a 4 octave range that he uses to convey lyrics that speak to those who have struggled for a sense of truth. ”
ETHNO CLOUD
“A perfect combination of the sweet vocals of Owl City, the acoustic trend of Taylor Swift’s “Red” album, and everyone’s favorite alt rock band, comes the newest addition to our November 2020 Playlist, “Take Time” by Miami based band, The Collective Bus.”
